Very dishonest experience!!!!

The staff was very Effie by friendly and knowledgeable with all of my needs and questions

Problem wasn't fixed. Charged for an alignment, and it clearly wasn't aligned. Had to get get it aligned later again same day somewhere else.

Have been customer for 15 years. They tell me the truth . Do not treat me like a "girl" they treat me like a customer.

I was offered a 90 day payment plan they did my tires and alignment first. When they did the 90 day plan I was not approved. They said the had been having trouble with the company. I had to pay cash it was good thing I had money to cover it. They should have done the credit first.

I was greeted on the phone by Brian and he guided my through my options for getting my oil changed and a leaking tire fixed. Brian took care of everything once I arrived he even agreed to keeping the SUV indoors overnight. Once the job was finished check out was a breeze.

Overpriced quote for service needed..they said $850.00..I went and had it done somewhere else for $150.00

I spent a lot of money, yet when I drove it, It drove better than it had in years!

It says I got an alignment I don't feel as if i did and i paid $100 for it!

Brian, the manager, was very helpful and friendly. He kept me updated on the process of my work being performed. They were very busy the day I went so I knew it would be awhile for my oil change and I bought new tires.

Extremely upset with the simple work that was performed on my wife's car. A 2012 Kia Rio! We had a oil change on 02/12/20 . A few days later I check the oil and it was a quart or better low. I checked it because my wife said she notices a strong oil smell when driving. I also notice oil in our drive way, in which is brand new!!!! Then a few days later I notice oil where my car was parked in a Wal-Mart parking lot. I checked and again the oil was a quart low and as we drove it the oil smell was terrible. When we got it home, I climb under the car and the Oil engine drain plug/bolt look shiny and appeared to have been replace, and leaking. I'm 66 and I could not get down there and check further in reference to leaks. However as I said the plug looked new and that a sign of possibly being striped during the process and replaced. I checked the oil and again it was low and my wife took it back. She took it in and they told her that they clean up the mess in reference to all the oil that appeared to have spray around the motor that was causing the smell and had to actually replace the drain plug with a bigger one. This is Ridiculous. Also NO documentation was given to her stating the issue that they caused. I have a brand new drive way full of oil spots/pool etc. , Needless to say, I'm piss. about your company not taking responsibility. I feel strongly that when my wife left after the original oil change that the mechanic knew it was not right and that a problem would occur and that is in my opinion is neglect in reference to safety. Thanks for ruining my driveway and having my wife drive away with a possible safety hazard. I will be writing corporate concerning this simple job that should have been done right the first time.

All of the people that I dealt with were very nice.

Got same day service for four new tires. They were extremely friendly and had my car ready to go within a few hours in a busy Saturday! Also they serviced a customer who came in needing a tire immediately even though they were technically closed for the day! Great customer service

Considering my car is broke down in the front yard and I am afraid to drive it they suck I took it in to get a thermostat and now either my engines blown up or it's severely overheating I don't know because my temperature gauge doesn't work however my check engine light continuously stays on so the mechanics evidently have the knowledge of a pine nut

Service was excellent and will return in the future.
