Terrible customer service. Kept my car for 3 days and refused to give it back. They couldn't even tell me what was wrong with my car. They had no idea what they were doing and I had to continuously call them for updates on my car. Absolutely terrible service. I will never be back.

Came in and asked if it was a good time to get a rotation. Was told that yes, no problem. Keys were taken, disgruntled customers were complaining about their waits. Inquired how long before they were able to get my vehicle in, told it would be an hour. Asked for my keys back and left.

I had an appointment but waited 40 minutes and no one looked at my tires. I had to leave because my son had practice. I was very disappointed as my tires are still under warranty but I won't be back. I'll pay more for tires to get better service.

The gentlemen where very courteous and keep me informed. They checked all my tires and rotated my tires. They keeper me abreast of their progress. They answered my questions with respect. I am very happy with our Big O tires in Elizabethtown, Ky.

The techs did not know how to put my spare back. When I showed them, I asked them to put the jack back where it belongs. I also asked Brian to remind them. When I left that day, I saw that they just threw my jack in back of my pick up still fully assembled. They did not reset my tire pressure monitoring system, I had to go back the next day for more work. I was told to be there at 8:00 am and I would be the first one in, I was there at 7:45. I checked in and at 8:30, I noticed my vehicle had not been moved. I had to go tell someone at the desk and remind them of my appointment time. Finally at 8:45 they brought my truck in, what is the purpose of an appointment? I planned my day around a 2 hour job and your business could not adhere to your end! I also told them the PSI in my tire went down overnight to 25PSI. They simply added air to the tire, they did not check anything. So I had to go back a third day because again, overnight my tire went down to 25 PSI. Finally that day they took the tire off and found the valve stem had a leak. So I spent 3 days at your location, spent almost $1500.00 on 4 tires, and some other work and was very dissatisfied with the service I received. Attention to detail and customer service should be of the utmost importance. I can buy tires anywhere, it is the service that makes a difference and I will never come back to the Elizabethtown location again. Please feel free to share this review with others so that they know how bad your store service is!

I have been going to this location for the past 26 years and have been pleased. I have checked around other tire places and prices are all about the same. I really don't like change. As long as I'm treated good they have my business.

they ordered the wrong size tires, they had to reorder, I had to come back twice, did not explain properly about the credit card, lost my paperwork, they said I would get a $50,00 rebate but ended up with a $25.00 rebate. waisted a lot of my time, did not have a good experience.

had a new ball joint installed and new brakes installed on my 2007 truck. the mechanic I guess figured the brake caliper didn't need the bolts put back in so I was told by him that after his' test drive, "the noise I will hear from the front left will stop after I drive the truck for x-number of miles. Well, it did stop, as I was entering an intersection a car run the light from the other direction and I hit the brakes to avoid hitting the car. Guess what, something made a bad sound under my truck and the front wheel made one heck of a metal to metal or steal to steal offal grinding and there was no brakes! I took my ruck to another center and they kindly pulled the front left wheel while my son was videoing recording it all and showed me the damages. We also got plenty of pictures of the damages. They told me we were very lucky we were not killed by this. The caliper had lost the bolts or they were put in just enough to hold for me to leave the Big-O tires that did the first repairs. The guy that did the first repairs told me the noise would go away, he knew what he had done and I guess he figured the bolt heads would wear off and that would be that. Big-O at the second location told me that it was dangerous for the first Big-O to let me leave their store that way. I agreed with them and so did the other employees at the second Big-O center. Now I will ask for a FULL Refund and a new rim plus my ER cost refunded for the hospital for having a heart attach when this happen. I've had a four-way bypass, a heart stent and by-pass surgery in my stomach! If they refuse, we will go to court and I will sue Doug Powers (owner) for his' employees unsafe repair job that I paid ($469.13). My advice, don't use this Big-O center or the one located in Litchfield, KY. Both are sorry companies to have good repairs/work done. Both owned by same owner! Right now I am trying to recuperate from the heart attack or I'd done taken care of this injustice/bad service.

I went there to check my right front caliber and brake and they wanted to replace more parts all around my car and charge a outrageous labor rate and I was very disadvantaged I had the caliber and brakes all way around my car fixed for less than what they wanted to do on front brakes and caliber so no I won't be back there and I won't recommend no one to go there I will send them to somebody else

Smooth no wait experience

Went in for a tire fix due to an object in tire. I observed the techs working on tire when they were not talking in a little huddle. Then they brought an object out after "fixing tire" but the object was not what was in the tire. I went to my vehicle and the object was still in the tire. All this was over an hour long which should have taken 20 to 30 minutes tops, but the people in the bay talk more than they work. The manager had to drive me to work because they had to do my tire a second time. I was charged the 29 dollars for fixing the tire and I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I do not trust the work they do.

Take all 4 of my vehicles to this Big O. Always helpful. Courteous, and friendly. Tires, balance, rotation. Been very good service.
