Got stranded in Elizabeth town on our way to bowling green Ohio to drop my daughter off at college and had a blow out on the highway. Google maps and reviews suggested Big o tires. We drive their and made it 2 hours before their normal closing time. Dealt with a woman (who I was later informed was the store manager. ) this woman was rude and hateful. Bothered apparently by the fact I came into their store asking to buy a new tire . Explained our emergency and was told noway would she help us suggesting I find a different place to go even though I explained we were not from this area and as she could not even be bothered to give us directions to a different company. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to this place!

So i go to get 2 new tires. The employee broke off the cap on my rim and pretty much laughed and told me to replace it. He told me I broke it. I know for a fact it was not broken! It has 4 prongs and all 4 were completely broken off. I told the employee I should get some sort of discount. He said you did it. It wasn't our fault. I told him I did not brake it and he said he wasn't going to argue with me...telling me over and over that I broke something on my car that I know wasn't broken is arguing with me...the customer. If I could attach a pic of how it is broken I would!!! I will NEVER return to this store. They take responsibility for nothing. Also, the women's bathroom floor was covered in liquid that smelled like urine. The employees just complained that it must had been a customer. How rude! Thanks for letting me leave your store so upset and out more money to replace something your employee broke!! He should be ashamed!

They were very nice and professional. I communicated with the them the Saturday prior and they told me to drop my car off Monday morning while I was at work and they would replace my tires. They worked quickly and called me twice to update me on the process and when they were done.

I arrived at 8:00 am and people that can in at me had their vehicles taken care of. The employers chatted with them and treated them because they were regular customers. This is bull and shouldn't happen in a place like this. Service mech standing around. A 30 minute job takes over an hour. I call B.S.!!!!!!!!!

Friendly, attentive, clearly explained the wait time. Watched them take care of multiple customers while there with friendly attitude. Checked on me multiple times during my wait time. Good experience.

Hello Doug, As you can see I gave a pretty crappy evaluation. Your sales staff was great. especially Amy Martin ( No relation ). she was the middle person in my time of aggravation. My problem is, I am a schooled mechanic myself. I put the entire front end on my truck for an easy alignment. However, napa did sell me the wrong outer tie rods which I found. The Caster / Camber issue on another note, they called me to the shop floor and told me they will not move due to them resting on the stops. A arms are wrong. Nope, the front wheels are off the ground because the jacks were under the frame instead of the A arms. They are going to hit the stops. The problem I have is that the alignment was $91.00. And the quote to change the two wrong tie rod ends was $ 235.00. $144.00 extra dollars for 10 minutes worth of work did not set well with me. They did bring it down to $175.00. But still $ 84.00 is still too high for 10 min worth of work. They told me they go by a book that calculates the repair time. I understand that. But when it is all new and loose, a good mechanic should have been able to judge that to keep it at a fair price. You can email me at david.martin@metalsa.com if you want to discuss further. If it wasn't my fire dept response vehicle, I would have trailered it home .Regards

I will be never doing business with this shop again I went there and got four used tires because I actually have 24 inch rims that go on my car these are just my spare factory tires but when I took my rims off I noticed that my spare tires needed tires on them so I went to Big O Tires tires and got tires first off a few days after I went there the first time I noticed one of the tires was getting low and then I seen a nail in the tire so I took it back to them they got me in it took him about two hours to get the nail out and plug the tire this time they didn't even pull the car in the shop they did it outside around back now I might not be correct about this but honestly I feel that the first nail was put in my tire purposely because I don't know what was going on today I went but a few people gave me compliments on my car I actually have three cars and all of them is real nice custom painted custom rims everything custom this particular car is a Dodge Challenger Hemi all souped up in every day so I brought the car back they plug the tire the next day I walked outside I notice the tire was low so right now today I said let me inspect the tire I made some soap water poured it on the plug I didn't see no bubbles coming from it so I went to take the tire off notice that my lug nuts was stripped so I had to go through hell to get the tire off the car so soon as I get the tire off the car I noticed there's another big nail in my tire mind you I don't even drive this car if I do drive it it might be on the weekends this car just stay put up I have three cars my wife drive one daily I drive one daily in this is my show car basically so it never gets drove so I might not be correct again but to be honest with you I feel like this nail was actually put there on purpose too for the simple fact the first nail and this nail do not have any Road scratches the nails is perfectly put inside the tires but you know the old saying you want something right do it yourself so I'm spending my off day today plugging the tire myself so I can make sure it's done right mind you I'm a mechanic myself plus I do body and paint work so I know a lot about cars been working on cars all my life so when anything is not done right are not up to par I will notice thank you Big O tires for the bad services I really don't appreciate it

I bought a set of 4 tires 13k miles ago that had a 60k mile warranty. Yet when i showed them one of the four were worn out already, the person i was working with is basically stating they are not replacing the tire. I didnt buy those tires just xuz, i bought them for the warranty. I even paid the extra for the road hazard. Yet, now that the tire has failed to hold up, its should be covered under the warranty. Fix the issue.

I have been in management/customer service for years. I'm retired now but your staff did a terrible job. I had a lady from work follow me to leave my car for service at lunch time. My car kept saying check charging system. I told them I would be back at 5pm. They called me at work said, it was the battery. I said, that battery is not but about a year and a half old but go ahead. I ask for them to changed the oil. They said, 204.00? I said okay. I had to get my car fixed my sister was in St. Mary's hospital in serious condition. My friend dropped me off and I pd the bill, got in my car and it said Check Charging System. I cannot believe what was said to me, I am running out of place here Mr. Powers. Your welcome to call me Mr. Powers 270-765-2525. At this point I will never but tires or service there again. I know my business won't hurt yours but yours hurt me.400.00 I didn't have. Thanks for asking. Mary Jo Powers

The wait might have been long but I understand due to the shortage of staff and they did have a equipment that was down in the shop. What they had to work with the service was awesome. I've never had a problem when I have sent to the Elizabethtown location. Great people all round to deal with. I would recommend Big O Tires in Elizabethtown, KY. to anyone.

I had came in a month ago with an alignment issue and I told Amy that I wanted to get a new set of tires, but the alignment was my biggest issue. She was very helpful. My appointment had to be rescheduled because the alignment machine went down. On the day of my appointment they replaced my tires. They forgot to do my alignment and I had to turn around and go back. It took three hours with an appointment. When they did my alignment it was still off and I was told the passenger rear tire may not wear the same as the other three. I was told to have it looked at something may be bent. I did and was told nothing was wrong. Last thursday evening I had noticed that my brand new two rear tires were bald. So I brought it back first thing Friday morning. I was told they were not under warranty and the manager said he remembered me and my tire issue was not from the alignment and told me to go get the issue fixed and bring it back and we would talk. He put two used tires on my car and I left. I went across the street to Ken Towery to have it looked at again. They said it needed to be realigned and I paid them $90 to fix it. The I came back to Big O and showed the manager my receipt. He still believed it was another issue and put it on the rack to inspect it. Finally he agreed to replace my tires and reimburse me for the alignment. I feel that if they felt I had an issue with my car I should have never been sold over $500 in new tires. I should have been advised to fix the issue and then come back for tires. I don't think the rear of my car was properly aligned because my old tires weren't as worn as the new ones. The manager did extend the warranty of my alignment for a year. In all I have spent 9 hours just to get an alignment and four tires and I had to take off work. I don't think that I should of had to take my car somewhere else to get an alignment when I had already paid Big O and had a warranty. I have used Big O many times, mostly in Radcliff, but I started going to the Elizabethtown branch because it is closer to my job. I am very disappointed with my experience and I will not recommend this store. I am happy that my two tires were replaced, but this should have not happened. No staff member was rude to me but after I was told to fix the issue did make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and I don't think that would have happened if I were a man. I know I am not a tire expert. That's why I took it here. If you have any further questions I can be contacted at 270-317-2823.

As always I was pleased with the customer service during my Big O visit. In fact that is the reason that I always come back. There are many other options in Elizabethtown, but I prefer to do business at Big O because of the way that I am treated.
