Big O Tires

It took more than a week to change a master brake cylinder and get a decent pedal. 1st delay ordered wrong part. 2nd delay, part didnt get on delivery truck. each delay was 1 day. Finally called after 6 days, car is ready, Get in truck and pedal goes to floor. 2 days later , truck is ready. They didnt charge me , but after driving away I realized why I wasn't charged. The brakes are no better than when I brought it in 8 days prior. And mysteriously, the a/c doesnt work now. and my guages are acting weird. think they messed up computer. UNACCEPTABLE I would appreciate a response.

They have been extremely helpful every time I have been there.

Replaced the wrong tires and tried to keep the like new tires that they were not supposed to replace in the first place. I told them I wanted to keep the old tires that they were removing and they tried to keep them anyway because they replaced the like new tires instead of the old dry rotted and bald tires that I wanted replaced. My tire pressure gauges are no longer working either. Please help.

They were very nice and professional. I communicated with the them the Saturday prior and they told me to drop my car off Monday morning while I was at work and they would replace my tires. They worked quickly and called me twice to update me on the process and when they were done.

My family and myself will never be back to this tire shoo again they messed up my car big time and they wont even fixed it nothing was wrong with my car until they got done working on it now it has a shake in the front funny thing it wasn't there until I had 4 new tires and a aliment done now it has a bad shake in the front end took the car back and they said oh your rim is bent funny thing is it wasn't bent until big o tires worked on the car they messed my car up and also messed up the lug nuts to now I'm gonna have to replace 20 lug nuts and a rim that you all messed up I'll never be back and my family wont either big o tire should be responsible for fixing it this tire is dumb

Friendly, attentive, clearly explained the wait time. Watched them take care of multiple customers while there with friendly attitude. Checked on me multiple times during my wait time. Good experience.

Dear Mr. Powers: this visit was the third bad visit at Big O, the first time, bought tires, waited 1 1/2 hours, then was told they didn't have the tires quoted, cost over $100 more and 2 1/2 hours waiting, for 2nd visit told wait to rotate tires would be an hour and forty five minutes, also requested a tire be checked for noise, left car for rotation and front tire check for vibration, three hours later, picked up car, and they didn't check front tire! Third and last visit I brought back car because front vibration now on driver's side went from front tire to back tire at rotation, two hours later, my car was still sitting in the same parking space and no one had even attempted to look at tire, I asked for my keys and the lady looked at me and said "there you go", highly disappointed. The people there. Manager, sales, mechanics, and Chris being there for so long. All of them are amazing. Brian and Ryan helping me over phone too.

All was asked to be done 1 out of 3 was correctly done. In result i had to fix the problem in the end and result was i injured doing what i paid to have done to my vehicle

Chris was amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend people to Big O and specifically ask for him .

Rude Mechanics, I didn't even get a thank you when I left and then had to go back to get my sticker for my oil change, when I first walked in, the ladies at the front desk were friendly enough, but upon check out, nothing! Won't be doing business there again

the people are friendly. the place is clean, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. we were pleased with the credit we were offered.

I had 2 tires mounted and balanced and placed on the front of my car December of last year. I tried to remove the passenger wheel today to facilitate replacing the serpentine belt. The lug nuts have been torqued on there so tightly they will not come off. We were able to finally after an hour to get 2 of the 4 off but they are damaged beyond use. The other 2 finally came off because the studs snapped. NO LUG NOT SHOULD EVER BE PUT ON THIS TIGHT, AIR TOOLS OR NOT!!!! I am now out a new rotor because it is cheaper and easier to replace the rotor than have new studs mounted. My aluminum wheel is scratched and skinned up due to the tools and force it took to remove the lug nuts. These are the lug nuts that came new with the car from the factory so they are the correct ones for my aluminum wheels. I will NEVER use this BIG O again and recommend that no else does either. The shop that now has my car to replace the rotor says that in order to use that much torque to tighten down the lug nuts is deliberate, no way it can be an accident. I only hope they can get the driver's wheel off w/out all this damage and effort. $100.00 parts and labor and a $50.00 tow run over what is either blatant stupidity or deliberate damage for a $40.00 mount and balance job. This is unacceptable. If you must use BIG O, consider the one in Shepherdsville. This one apparently has employees that are either incompetent or uncaring. Note: the front desk staff were friendly but the shop staff leave a lot to be desired on the best days and now this. I won't be back. I would rate the service and job satisfaction a zero star if that was an option.

The wait might have been long but I understand due to the shortage of staff and they did have a equipment that was down in the shop. What they had to work with the service was awesome. I've never had a problem when I have sent to the Elizabethtown location. Great people all round to deal with. I would recommend Big O Tires in Elizabethtown, KY. to anyone.

On Saturday June 4th we had a tire blowout on us on our way to a Birthday party & we always use Big O Tires back home. So, we found the address to the Local Elizabethtown location. We arrived at 2:30 pm needing a new tire on the rim that I already had off the car. We were told that they close at 3pm and so they couldn't help us. The worker referred us to Michel tires down the road & so we went there to have the work done. Bought 2 tires from them and was back on the road in no time. I would recommend Big O Tires to change their hours to 2:30 pm on Saturday if they can't service their customers?

As always I was pleased with the customer service during my Big O visit. In fact that is the reason that I always come back. There are many other options in Elizabethtown, but I prefer to do business at Big O because of the way that I am treated.

I told the lady at the desk that I heard squeaking in the mornings when turning. After trying to explain that it wasn't happening when I hit my brakes, and that I wasn't experiencing anything at that time, the mechanic drove my car in circles and checked my brake pads. I even suggested that something may be out of line or out of balance, and nothing was done to check that. She also knew I didn't live in Etown, and that I had to drive (2 hours) to get home (Berea), and still nothing was done. This was the only opportunity I had to get my car looked at because all of the shops close in Berea by the time I get out of school. Would not recommend.
