MR. POWERS, I TOLD YOU I'D CORRECT MY REVIEW ONCE THE RIM WAS REPLACED, HERE I AM DOING SO. YOU DID WHAT YOU SAID YOU'D DO AND THE RIM IS/WAS REPLACED. BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE HERE AND EVERY WHERE I'VE SEARCHED, MY OTHER REVIEW HAS BEEN DELETED OR TAKEN OFF THE WEB SITE. WHY WAS THAT? I CAN REWRITE IT AGAIN SO OTHERS KNOW WHAT HAPPEN OR YOU CAN PUT IT BACK ON THE WEB SITE FOR ME. I AM THINKING THE REVIEWS THAT SHOW ARE ONLY LIGHT TO WHAT REALLY PEOPLE WRITE REVIEWS ABOUT CONCERNING YOUR' BIG-O STORE(S). MR. POWERS, YOU SEEM TO BE A GOOD GUY, LET THE PUBLIC KNOW HOW THE EMPLOYEES WORK OR AT LEAST TRY TO WORK ON CARS, TRUCKS,ETC. AT YOUR' BIG-O STORES.YOU KNOW YOURSELF THE JOB DONE ON MY TRUCK WAS VERY DANGEROUS TO BE HALF DONE. BIG-O LET ME DRIVE AWAY IN A VERY DANGEROUS TRUCK BECAUSE THE SO CALLED MACHANIC DIDN'T DO HIS JOB CORRECTLY/PROFESIONALLY FOR YOU, A FIVE STAR RATING, YOUR' EMPLOYEES, 1/2 STAR FOR SHOWING UP AT BIG-O. MR. POWERS, I WILL PASS ON HAVING ANY OF MY AUTOS WORKED ON BY ANY OF THE STORES YOU OWN. AS FOR YOU, YOU DID RIGHT, OTHERWISE, WE'D WENT TO COURT AND I WOULD HAVE SUED FOR THE ER DOCTOR/HOSPITAL, ALL THE REPAIRS I PAID THAT DAY CASH FOR AND ANY OTHER MONEYS THE COURT SEEN FIT TO AWARD ME, MY SON AND MY FRIEND FOR PUTTING OUR LIVES IN DANGER BY THE CRAPY REPAIR. I was highly satisfied because everyone was polite and priced were manageable and my vehicle was done in a timely manner.

Had brakes and rotors replaced and problem now feels worse than before the work was done.

Customer service is extremely important to me and takes precedence over the amount of time it takes to carry out the work. This morning the associates at my Big O location performed exceptionally well. I was greeted and served in a friendly and welcoming manner, Connie fully explained what my options were, then the work was carried out very quickly, all for a reasonable price. I left the location very satisfied. Thank you.

I had damaged rims that were under warranty from a third party company. The store manager dealt with them to get me all new OEM replacement rims like a champ. This guy went above and beyond his scope of work to make sure that company fulfilled their obligations. Best store manager ever.

4 mo. Later I'm back at Big O for rotation and a balance problem. Again the guys at Big O are on top of it. No charge to get the balance so I went ahead and had them do an alignment. Right up front there was a problem. The guys showed me what was wrong and said I would have get this fixed first.Most shops would have done the alignment and not even told you there's a problem. Thanks guy's
