Big O Tires

Great people! Great service!!

I have been dealing with this Big O Tires since about 1993 and have always gotten good service. Even though I have seen counter works and mechanics come and go, I have always been treated as if it was the first time and a new customer. Holly checked me in at my appointment time of 8 am and when I asked her how long, she said "about 45 minutes" and she was right on the button.

I would just like to give a big thanks to Wanda, lead technician Chris, and the rest of the group! The patience and cooperation you guys display with a worrisome patron like like myself is much appreciated. Y'all are fabulous!

Everyone was nice from the time I called to the time the tires were done no complaints

Serviced 2 of my vehicles and got them in and out quickly. Tires look great and we're ready for bad weather!

Unfortunately this was a return visit due to improper work the first time. I got tires rotated and balanced but the vehicle developed a severe vibration that was not there before the service.

I will definitely be going back for any auto needs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I gave them slightly better than average rankings based on cleanliness, quality of service, customer service, but I trust them. I think Wanda and her staff are trustworthy. I have bought tires elsewhere and regretted it later. Will buy my next tires there.
