I own a truck that was purchased new in 2017. After purchasing I experienced a vibration in the steering wheel. Upon returning to the dealership where I purchased, I was told "it's a truck, it's going to drive like a truck" I then decided to take it to the LaGrange Big O store. After paying $50 to rebalance the tires I am pleased to say it fixed the vibration. Fast forward to today, I was due a rebalance again. Naturally I went back to Big O again. I returned to get my truck and was given the keys and told thank you for coming to Big O. I ask how much I owed an was told "no charge!!! Thank you again for coming to Big O." I have done business with this store for many years and I will continue for many more years!! This is the way customers should be treated. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! Thank you

The folks at my Big O are always friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know when something needs to be done but don't pressure.

I've been a regular customer of the Lagrange Big O for years due to the friendly service, the explanations to me what I need to do, what I can put off, etc. I feel I've grown a trusted relationship with this particular store and I recommend it to others on a regular basis. I was late for my appointment, called, and they simply told me to come on, and they'd do the other car scheduled first. Great service.

I discovered a large screw in my tire leaving work. I drove to Big O, arriving an hour before closing time and they kindly squeezed me in and patched my tire on the same day.
