Big O Tires

I always receive great service and the guys there look for ways to save me money every time. Very friendly service and they always do a great job.

The tech at the front desk was very thorough. Before working on my car he ask specific questions and was able to give me a clear and accurate estimate cost of repairs. When I picked it up, he clearly told me what had been done to my vehicle on inspection. It runs well and all issues were addressed.

Big O staff always courteous and knowledgeable. Analyzed my problem and made recommendations to repair vehicle in a timely manner.

Tires were available the same day and the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t imagine getting my truck serviced anywhere else!

This is not my first rodeo with these guys. They are consistently top notch with whatever service I need and it's always done right, and if there happens to be an issue (has not happened yet!) I am completely confident they will back it up. Not too many service centers can you go to with this kind of confidence that you will be treated honestly and fairly. I hope they don't get tired of working on my POS Jeep with whatever the "issue of the week" is!

I have been a customer of the La Grange Big-O for years. Even my father was a loyal customer. This particular visit took longer than expected because of some mix ups with ordering a specific set of tires I wanted. It took longer than I would have liked, but the staff was professional and kept me informed as to when my tires would arrive. When they did arrive, it took less than an hour to be fully mounted, balanced, and on my way. I have never had a truly bad experience at this location.

I was only in the store for a tire rotation on my F150, and to have my brakes checked out. As always, I arrived at 7:30 and was out the door headed home at 8:40. Once again I am a very satisfied customer.

Would normally go to Walmart but as I now have a truck and have had a few issues at Walmart with services thought it better to come to big O due to knowledge of their professionalism from prior knowledge of this location. Price is worth the price of mine when hauling ponies
