All I needed was a tire rotation, but Josh got me in and out faster than expected, and made me feel special while I was there.

I had an old spare tire that i took to Big O to have recycled and only charged me $ 4.

There is only one place we take our family fleet of vehicles. Robert always takes care of me. And if he can't he helps me find someone/something that can.

Our family has been doing business with the LaGrange store for years. But they continue to amaze me - even after all these years they do not take your business for granted. Bought a set of four Michelin LTX tires for my truck - and there were issues with the TPSM units. Thought they had had it resolved last night, but the light was still flashing and staying on this morning. Went back - found a second sensor while seeming ok last night had gone south. Squeezed me in - they were VERY busy (which ought to tell you something) and had be all fixed up. Robert (Mgr) and Josh are two very customer focused individuals. They patiently answer my usual plethora of questions, and I know they will take good care of me - and appreciate my business, even after all these years. This is why we send all our kids up there as well! We know they will get taken care of and the work will be done properly.

Took my '97 4Runner in to your shop on a Monday morning with worn-out tires, alignment out, a bad shake in the steering wheel and some really bad handling characteristics.It also needed an oil change.The Michelin Defenders we were not in stock.Jim at your store was able to locate the tires, have them there by the afternoon, but also arrange to have me dropped off at work.Tires in by the afternoon, your techs had a fresh synthetic oil change in the morning & an air filter in the morning.During the new tire installation, your crew caught a snapped sway bar bolt that was severely impacting the handling on my truck.Jim stayed in contact throughout the day to keep me appraised of the work in process & to get approval to fix this issue.I have owned this ride for 17 years and 200,000 of it's 230,000 miles.The work done by Big O in conjunction with the tire choice restored the driving to a factory quality ride when I bought it.Very pleased to keep this ride as we had contemplated selling it.Thank you!
