Big O Tires

Noticed new staff members who truly care about providing good service. Another staff member who has been there awhile showed real interest in my concerns and needs as a customer.Because of such an improvement, am giving my oil changes to this store.

Robert did a great job fixing all my jeeps problems

Asked Josh if he could replace right headlight on my VW wagon.He said give me a minute, after clicking away on the computer for a few seconds, he grinned and said:"I've got it, and will put it in right now for you".Can't ask for more!

Availability, pricing and speed of service

They were waiting for my when I arrived, got right to work and finished amazingly fast.Couldn't ask for more.I had the same experience when selecting this location as my Tire Rack installer.

Derek’s communication was very clear and polite. He was patient with me despite all of my questions. His knowledge of different types of tires and the differences between models helped me feel confident in my purchase.

I've been having my cars serviced here since 2006 and wouldn't change if I had to! The folks have always been friendly, courteous and thorough. They far exceed any expection!

I walked in to Big O, was greeted and helped immediately! They took care of my auto needs quickly and I was in and out in less than half an hour!!!

They got me in and out quickly. They have a good location near me. My only problem is $4.75 shop supply charge. I know everyone is doing it, but that still doesn't make it right. The only shop supply on an oil change should be shop towels and hand cleaner.

You've got a real good team of people that work for you in Lagrange but there will never be anyone like Raymond Collins out in Shelbyville Kentucky

The team at my local BigO shop have earned my trust and loyalty over the past 20+ years, I only hope that your corporate management can continue to have enough vision to continue this level of service and not only look at the profit margins as the main measure of success!

Even though Big-O could not completely take care of my problem, I am very pleased with the eagerness to help. I will definitely use Big-O in the future!

Great products, and excellent treatment

The staff at the counter are always polite and greet you upon entry. Josh is always very kind, helpful and smiling. I highly recommend for location to friends.

Service was fast. The employees were friendly. They offered me a ride to work. They did a free alignment check and tire rotation with my oil change as well.

They contacted us quickly with the problem and communicated what it would take to get my car up and running again in a timely manner. Once given the okay, repairs were made quickly

Couldn't possibly ask for better service all the way around and every time. Robert runs a tight shift and I always enjoy the guys with every visit. Great crew.
