Big O Tires

Joshua, was at top of his game on my visit to Big O. He answered all questions asked and explained in detail. He was also training someone as well.

Was able to schedule work, replace tires and shocks faster than I expected. Car rides like new.

I always go to Big O they always greet me with a smile and always takes care of what needs to be done to my car that ks guys

The turn around on this visit was excellent. In the past, the "quick service lane" for tire rotation has not been very quick, sometimes taking up to an hour.

First time making tire purchase. Josh took my order. Confirmed availability due to only 4 in warehouse. Associate who checked me in and out very personable. Thank you!

I always try to arrive very early in order to get my service completed as early as possible, and Robert and the staff at LaGrange have never disappointed me.

It's always a pleasant experience at my Lagrange Big-O. Staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. They knocked out my oil change and tire rotation in record time. Couldn't be happier!!

Always Five Star service at Big O in LaGrange. Been this way since I moved to the area 23 years ago. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Great place!!

I found myself with a dead battery late in the afternoon this week. I was able to get a jump and headed strait to Big O after speaking with Derek over the phone to confirm he could take care of me before the close of business that afternoon. Derek Sharp did just as he promised. He greeted me when I arrived, called to arrange a battery be delivered right away and then he proceeded to change my car battery in the parking lot all within about 30 minutes while I waited comfortably inside the shop. He and the rest of the employees have always treated us well with prompt and professional service. We continue to choose Big-O whenever we need automotive/tire services because of the staff like Derek here in La Grange.

I have had Big O for more than just tires over the years. They are very good people and and do quality work. The costs are reasonable.

I've never had a problem with this location, and I always leave satisfied.
