The work I had done was something not commonly done and Josh went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I appreciate the time he spent doing research and making calls. As always when I visit your shop it is a good experience and work done right.

Everything they tell me is the truth. I am not a machanic, I no nothing about tires. I need to have someone that tells me when I can wait another 20,000 miles for brakes. Or you really need them replaced. Big O does just that.
