These guys go out of their way to make sure that my car is fixed perfect and on time.

The team of professionals in the Lagrange Kentucky location should be used as an example to train all locations for Big O. I have lived in many locations and owned a couple dozen cars in my life, but this group has never failed to be the best I've ever seen.

Everyone was very helpful. Even drove me home so I didn't have to wait 4 hour. Very nice.
