We are so lucky to have the associates that work at the Big O in LaGrange. I came in the store in a panic, knowing I was going to need brakes, oil change and possibly tires for my son's car. I was also concerned for a possible oil leak. Robert put all the instructions in the computer and set me up to drop off my car that night. He also communicated every need to Josh verbally and asked Josh to follow up on everything with the car the next day. Josh provided amazing service!! Everything was able to be completed and since we are long standing customers, Josh was able to apply a few discounts that were being offered at the time. I am BEYOND confident in the service that our Big O provides and refer everyone I know to use them because of this. We LOVE our Big O guys who treat our family, like family. Thankful for you guys!!
