Our sales associate (Robert) was super helpful and quickly and thoroughly explained our tire options and pricing. He double checked for extra rebates to make sure we were getting the best possible deal and referenced other sales with customers driving our vehicle to draw comparisons to our situation. Once we settled on a tire (big o Bigfoot brand) the replacement and alignment of the tires took no time at all and we were shown the details of the realigning. The whole experience was breezy and friendly and I am very pleased we chose Big O.

I was under the impression I needed brakes serviced. The technician tested our system and found that we do not need brakes for several thousand more miles. He recommended waiting until we used a little bit more of the pad. This was the kind of thing that you don’t often hear when taking a vehicle in for service. It was helpful to not have to spend the extra money.
