The team at LaGrange Big O Tires is exceptional. They are always nice, thorough and try hard to squeeze me in when I have an emergency. On my last visit, Christy was so nice to go to the warehouse the same day to get my tires when there were none in stock, preventing me from doing without a car overnight. I appreciate the follow-up and the pre-work quotes too as budgeting can be tight. I always like coming here because there are no surprises. took awhile because they was very busy. other then that all was great.

Had another appointment later in the day at the hospital and was worried about being delayed but they took the car promptly and finished in time. Great job.

Very friendly service and employees are very helpful to make your visit was pleasing. Employee Travis Moore came out to the truck to get my tire for repair and explained options and estimated price. I received a call a couple of hours later to tell my tire was ready. Travis carried it back to my truck. Great experience as always when I go to BIG O TIRES
