Great People and the work is done correctly the first time.

This is where we have our service completed and tires purchased. Always honest and price competitive. Once my brakes put my life in danger locking up. BigO fixed, repair, replaced and I feel safe.

I was worried that they would try to upcharge for an alignment and the tire mounting and try to sell me things I didn't need. Many places in the area do that, especially because I am a woman. I was very happy to find out that the techs there not only did a great job but treated me fairly! They mounted my two new tires, actually rotated them like I asked, and gave me an alignment for under $138.00 after tax. Granted that is higher than some other parts of kentucky , but for the service they gave me it was worth it. I've had people try to tell me in the Louisville area that an alignment itself would be $150 as if I didn't know anything about my vehicle.

Got an oil change and tire rotation for a great price and hassle free service

I had the tires rotated and the oil changed in my 2005 F150. As usual Robert took excellent care of me, and I was out the door within an hour.

LOVE Big O....they always take care of my needs. Shout out to Robert, Travis and Kyle. Service is phenomenal and will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

My family has been a customer of the La Grange, KY Big-O store for many years and we have always received good service there. Earlier this week, I was driving on I-71 S just west of Carrolton, KY and I had my Low Tire Pressure light flashed on. My front passenger tire had been penetrated by a piece of flint that had an edge on it like a flint arrow head. I found this out after the technician had to take the Michelin tire partially off the rim to retrieve the small piece of flint. He was able to repair the tire and I didn't have to replace a high end pair of tires that only had 25,000 miles on them. Thanks Big-O!

As a county, we have been very impressed with the service all of our officers and deputies have received since becoming a Big O customer. If there is ever an issue, it is fixed the same day and explained as to what happened. Our other departments have also had very good success with their vehicles as they have started using Big O as well. Overall, we are extremely happy with the customer service, the experience of the technicians, and the value for the service.

Robert Ullman and his team of trained professionals have always taken care of my tires and other automotive needs. I have bought four pairs of tires in the last 12 months for a total of $4,100. I am very happy with all of them. Please let Robert he is one of the reasons I support Big O.

Went to the new oil change building and was a little nervous about doing that but I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism that I received.

I drive from Lexington to lagrange, to specifically go to this big o. They have been taking care of my families vehicles ever since we moved there, tried finding a place in Lexington as great as them when I moved, but clearly still haven't!

Scheduling appointment, ease of dealing with staff, timely diagnosis, fair pricing, fast repair, fixed right.

They keep forgetting to refill my windshield fluid but I know if I go back in they would do it straight away for me. The guys at Big O Tire LaGrange need to make a calendar.

The service was very fast and very friendly and they explained in detail what was going on and what they were doing and the princes. They really made sure we understood and what all was wrong and what had to be fixed.
