Big O Tires

Always bring my car to Big O. Service People are professional and friendly. But most of all, I trust them to take good care of my car and advise me on what I need and things I don't.

When I called to get tire pricing, the rep answered the phone right away and I was able to get pricing without a long hold time. I just carried in my tire but when I came to pick it up, they put it on for me and didn't charge me extra. Not to mention the price was the cheapest around, even with adding the road hazard.

It is so great to have a local service center that is more than competant, but trustworthy and friendly at the same time. You must be pirating employees from Disney World. Josh and Brandon are the best (as well as everyone else I have dealt with in the past). Josh kept me informed of the progress, and Brandon's knowledge is hard to beat. A great team and a pleasure to business with Big "O" in LaGrange.

My tires actually had to come from another location and they went and got them and put them on, I think in a very timely manner in order to get me to work.
