New to the Georgtown area. Stoped in the store to have a nail removed from my 2016 F150 tire. The store manager showed great hospitality. Coffee, TV and even gave my wife a BigO teddy bear after finding out it was her birthday. No charge for the tire repair. I make good money at my job and expect nothing in life for free. The simple kindness and hospitality has earned BigO tire a lifetime customer.

I previously wrote a review for my experience a couple days ago. I would like to say the management at this location contacted me and absolutely AMAZED me! They went above and beyond to make their past mistake right! And have earned my trust back. I will return to this location for my automotive repair needs!

The guys at Big O Georgetown have taken great care of my car with routine maintenance, and they have always been professional and quick with service.

I've visited Big O Tires numerous times to have work done on our vehicles. Each time, I have been treated with respect and made to feel that my time is important. I'm given an honest appraisal of my vehicle's condition and the work done has always met my expectations. Donnie and Aaron are knowledgeable and helpful, as are the other employees, but those are the only names I remember.

I was a loyal customer of NTB before Big O took over. I have continued to take my business to Big O and they have been respectful and helpful each time I come back. This last visit I stopped in for an oil change and requested that they also rotate the tires (something I ask they do each time I get an oil change). This time they caught that 3 of my tires had cracks/splits on the inside of the tires around the rim. They brought 1 of the tires in to show it to me and it was obvious that it was not safe to drive on the tire. They helped me choose new tires to suit my van and the driving that I do. I am grateful for the staff for treating me as they would treat a member of their family. THANK YOU very much. During my visit I observed they quickly greeted each customer and treated each with respect.

Awesome team of men that work together and make the atmosphere fun to be in laughing and getting the job done!!!

Best customer service business I know of

Hi I'm a frequent customer of Big O Tires in Georgetown Kentucky. I had service preformed on my car on Thursday the 21st and it was kept overnight. After I picked up the car on Friday, I noticed my driveway was covered in oil. I check the oil in my car and it was literally empty. Idk if a part was removed and replace incorrectly, but my car is sitting in my driveway with a huge oil leak. The bad thing is this business isn't open on Sunday.

My Big O Tires store is great. The customer service is fantastic. I'll never buy tires anywhere else.
