This is my second visit to the Georgetown store. Both times being greeted by Sam. He remembered my name after just one visit! He is an absolute pleasure to work with. He offers services and makes sure you receive the service that meets your needs. Sam genuinely greets every person that comes into the business, and juggles the busy phone. They get your vehicle in as quickly as possible. The technicians have also been very polite. So far, I have only had oil changes, but with the excellent service, I won't hesitate to explore their other services. Also, being a woman going alone into this Big O, I feel like I get straight talk and honest help. Great job!

My wife had a tire blow out. This is never a happy experience. Got the car to the shop. The customer service was top notch. They got me new tires and an oil change. All the workers were freindly and knowledgable. And the free coffee hit the spot. I will be back.

Hi I'm a frequent customer of Big O Tires in Georgetown Kentucky. I had service preformed on my car on Thursday the 21st and it was kept overnight. After I picked up the car on Friday, I noticed my driveway was covered in oil. I check the oil in my car and it was literally empty. Idk if a part was removed and replace incorrectly, but my car is sitting in my driveway with a huge oil leak. The bad thing is this business isn't open on Sunday.

I had my Yukon in for brakes and tire service. The work was done ahead of schedule and under the estimate. My truck drives like a new vehicle.
