I am always so impressed by the quickness and quality of service. The employees are always friendly. I feel like they are always making the extra effort to ensure my car is well taken care of. I will never go anywhere else!

My truck broke down on my way to work and thankfully I was 2 miles from the store. The technicians was able to get it checked out and fixed the same day. They are always friendly and treat us good.

Team called when tires arrived - took my vehicle right away - replaced four tires and an oil change in a hour. Great service!!!

The guys were great - i brought a car in that i was unfamiliar with and they showed me where the pin to pull caps and where the key lug wrench was stored in trunk.The extra touch of tire bright on my tires made my day.

I am from Indiana. My car made a horrible noise. They put it up found what was wrong. Removed the bad part. Told me how to fix it. And did not even charge me!!! And gave my girls free Big O Tire Teddy Bears!! Thanks a million to Donnie and all the others I dnt remember names!! GREAT place!! Highly recommended!!

Aaron and Gary are wonderful to work with. I watched them interact with all the customers and they were fantastic. There was a disgruntle customer and they handled it very well along with the actual mechanic, not sure of his name.
