I am from Indiana. My car made a horrible noise. They put it up found what was wrong. Removed the bad part. Told me how to fix it. And did not even charge me!!! And gave my girls free Big O Tire Teddy Bears!! Thanks a million to Donnie and all the others I dnt remember names!! GREAT place!! Highly recommended!!

This is my second visit to the Georgetown store. Both times being greeted by Sam. He remembered my name after just one visit! He is an absolute pleasure to work with. He offers services and makes sure you receive the service that meets your needs. Sam genuinely greets every person that comes into the business, and juggles the busy phone. They get your vehicle in as quickly as possible. The technicians have also been very polite. So far, I have only had oil changes, but with the excellent service, I won't hesitate to explore their other services. Also, being a woman going alone into this Big O, I feel like I get straight talk and honest help. Great job!
