We recently moved here from out of state. We were concerned that we wouldn't be able to find a Big O that compared to our Big O back home. Let me tell you that I have been so impressed with the level of professionalism and care in this store. We have oddly enough been in the store 4 times in the past month between my husband and myself. Not only have we been impressed with the care and honesty we have received, but with what we have witnessed being given to others. I think it speaks volumes when a ride is offered to someone who may need to get somewhere or if someone is looking at waiting for an extended period. These gentlemen in this store are very caring and genuine individuals. They deserve to be commended for that. As for being concerned we wouldn't find a Big O nearby to compare to the one we had back home? I think it's safe to say that we found one and we will continue to do business with them in the future!

I pulled up and was greeted at my card. I explained that I had a nail in my tire and the gentleman said he could pull my car in right away if I wanted to wait. My son and I watched TV while our tire was quickly fixed. It was a great experience all around!
