I love my BigO! They know me by name (probably because I bring in mine and all my kids cars (6!)) Service is always prompt and explanations offered as to what was done.

While we were on vacation in Kentucky, I stopped at Big O in Georgetown to have my tires balanced. I told them I was concerned about uneven tread wear and vibration. This was about 6:30 PM just before closing time. They offered get my vehicle in the shop first thing in the morning, which they did. They had my car in the shop for about an hour while they check out my shocks, wheel alignment, and balanced all four wheels. They said I likely needed new shocks and possibly some work to better align the rear wheels. I was from Wisconsin and didn't have a lot of time to get repairs done. They said the car could be safely driven as it was and suggested it would be better to have a local shop in Wisconsin do the necessary repairs. Sam and his mechanic were super nice guys. Very professional. They took time to communicate with me while they were working on my car. After we decided to wait till we got home to fix the car, they handed me my keys and wished me a safe journey home. All this at no charge! Their restroom was very clean. They offered me free coffee while I waited. Highly recommend the people at Big O in Georgetown.

Simply put the best experience I have ever had when it comes to vehicle service. I always have hated trying to have service done on vehicles because of the hassle and wait. However, here you are treated with respect and service is done in a timely manner. They do not try to get customers to do unwanted or a service that is not needed. There honesty is what keeps me coming back. Big O Tire in Georgetown KY is the best!!!

Although I had to wait a while to get air in my tires, I was very impressed by the employees and the facility. The fact there was never a moment the parking lot or waiting area was free of customers tells me this is top notch business. Extremely customer friendly!

These folks bend over backwards to earn your business. Excellent place to take your vehicle. That won't sell you anything you don't need.
