I have not seen a shop like this in a while... Customer service was astonishing and the professionalism and honesty was a breath of fresh air!! Thanks for EVERYTHING!!!

On 3/30/19 this Michigan family found itself at a truck stop with coolant shooting out of radiator hoses around 1pm on a Saturday. We started google searching and dialing up shops that appeared open in an unfamiliar location. Donnie picked up at Big O and calmly told us if we could get there they'd take a look and do whatever they could. We made it, Brian checked it out right away and found the problem, a heater tee was ordered and they put us back on the road in a few hours to continue our Spring Break trip. We were facing disaster, stress, frustration over the situation and this team took care of us. Thank you Donnie, Brian and Aaron. You have no idea how grateful and appreciative we are of helping us get back to our travel.

I love my BigO! They know me by name (probably because I bring in mine and all my kids cars (6!)) Service is always prompt and explanations offered as to what was done.

Went the extra mile on several occasions. Definitely will be back in the future. Sales person on the front desk went above and beyond providing a teddy bear for my child while waiting then even helped find his lost toy car before we left.

Simply put the best experience I have ever had when it comes to vehicle service. I always have hated trying to have service done on vehicles because of the hassle and wait. However, here you are treated with respect and service is done in a timely manner. They do not try to get customers to do unwanted or a service that is not needed. There honesty is what keeps me coming back. Big O Tire in Georgetown KY is the best!!!

I have had the most amazing customer service from Alec. Donnie, the mechanic, had made calls to explain repairs and costs and has done amazing work at very reasonable prices. When work took longer than originally expected because of problems found, Sam gave me a ride home to wait in comfort. Nick and his staff has made me feel like family, going out of their way to make sure this single momma's car was road worthy for a 1200 mile trip. I can not thank them enough! Quality work at prices I could afford, and always with a discount when possible.

We bring our cars for alignments and oil changes. Always greeted with a smile and great customer service.
