I had a great experience at the Georgetown location and I would recommend it to everyone.

While we were on vacation in Kentucky, I stopped at Big O in Georgetown to have my tires balanced. I told them I was concerned about uneven tread wear and vibration. This was about 6:30 PM just before closing time. They offered get my vehicle in the shop first thing in the morning, which they did. They had my car in the shop for about an hour while they check out my shocks, wheel alignment, and balanced all four wheels. They said I likely needed new shocks and possibly some work to better align the rear wheels. I was from Wisconsin and didn't have a lot of time to get repairs done. They said the car could be safely driven as it was and suggested it would be better to have a local shop in Wisconsin do the necessary repairs. Sam and his mechanic were super nice guys. Very professional. They took time to communicate with me while they were working on my car. After we decided to wait till we got home to fix the car, they handed me my keys and wished me a safe journey home. All this at no charge! Their restroom was very clean. They offered me free coffee while I waited. Highly recommend the people at Big O in Georgetown.

I have had several oil changes from the Georgetown Big O Tires and had tires purchased and mounted. I am happy with the service and courtesy of the employees. I will continue to trade there.

I realize the store is going through a transition period , but the service was great , the parts were there ready to be installed , my appointment was on time , and Matt , the Tech , was friendly , knowledgeable and quick . Although I had to wait a while to get air in my tires, I was very impressed by the employees and the facility. The fact there was never a moment the parking lot or waiting area was free of customers tells me this is top notch business. Extremely customer friendly!

Fast service at a reasonable price

My experience on my previous visit was a very pleasant one. The employees were friendly and did their job very well. I plan on taking my vehicles there for future services too. It is a great place for car repairs.
