Just went in for a leak in a tire. They fixed me right up. Wonderful experience and I will definitely head there first next time I need tires.

While we were on vacation in Kentucky, I stopped at Big O in Georgetown to have my tires balanced. I told them I was concerned about uneven tread wear and vibration. This was about 6:30 PM just before closing time. They offered get my vehicle in the shop first thing in the morning, which they did. They had my car in the shop for about an hour while they check out my shocks, wheel alignment, and balanced all four wheels. They said I likely needed new shocks and possibly some work to better align the rear wheels. I was from Wisconsin and didn't have a lot of time to get repairs done. They said the car could be safely driven as it was and suggested it would be better to have a local shop in Wisconsin do the necessary repairs. Sam and his mechanic were super nice guys. Very professional. They took time to communicate with me while they were working on my car. After we decided to wait till we got home to fix the car, they handed me my keys and wished me a safe journey home. All this at no charge! Their restroom was very clean. They offered me free coffee while I waited. Highly recommend the people at Big O in Georgetown.

Very helpful! Dropped my car off and they call and text when it was ready. Such a good job, I'm dropping my wife's car off next week for an oil change.

There was some damage done to my vehicle while the repairs were being made. They went above and beyond to make it right. Because they made it right I will continue to be a customer and recommend them highly.

Although I had to wait a while to get air in my tires, I was very impressed by the employees and the facility. The fact there was never a moment the parking lot or waiting area was free of customers tells me this is top notch business. Extremely customer friendly!

Nice to have a BIG O in our area! Dad was a BIG O man when I was a kid. It was quick , they had the tire I WANTED, and most importantly the boys in the shop appeared to have done a nice job on not scarring up the rims, In, fact, going back to put a set on the Mustang ASAP. Save me one of those BIG O camo hats boys...lol.

My experience on my previous visit was a very pleasant one. The employees were friendly and did their job very well. I plan on taking my vehicles there for future services too. It is a great place for car repairs.

I was very taken care if by Gary and hus staff! I had to wait a couple of hours and they offered lunch on them! Gary made sure i was comfortable and did not ignore me the whole time. He also was concerned about my day and if I needed to be somewhere that he would accommodate that! The whole staff was pleasant!

I have two young daughters. I call ahead of time and talk to the technician. Feel very comfortable sending my daughter to have her vehicle serviced without me.
