The whole team at the Georgetown, KY. location are the nicest and most professional group of workers I have found in years. They take care of my car, treat me with respect, and I have never felt like I have been overcharged for anything. I tell everyone about Big O Tires. As long as I am in this area I will never take my car anywhere else.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!! I was stranded at my house this morning with a flat tire and needed to get to work. Called Big O, and they graciously sent someone to my house with a new tire and changed it for me! Now that's customer service! So very grateful for them! Big O, you've got my service from now on! Thank you so much!

The staff was very friendly as they always are when I come in there. Very informative and I witnessed their interactions with other customers which was awesome. The customers that were in there at the time I was seemed very satisfied with the service of your staff.

I didn't have major work done, but I was treated very respectfully and was able to get in and out probably within 10 minutes. Would be back again!

My 6 year old son and I walked in today (July 3) to the store in Georgetown, KY. I had a big nail in my tire and knew that the tire would be flat before long. It was 6:45. I had went to a closer store only to be turned away because they were closing in 15 minutes and there were several vehicles in front of me. We walked into Big O and was greeted right away. The gentleman told me the y closed at 6 but we're still there because they were busy because tomorrow was July 4. He said they would get the tire taken care of. The tech pulled the tire in the pouring rain, removed the nail and replaced the tire in the rain. I went to pay and he said it was no charge. I can't thank them enough. I knew if I didn't get it fixed it would be 2 days before I could get it fixed because of the holiday. They were all great and will definitely be back for future needs. Thank you again!!!
