The whole team at the Georgetown, KY. location are the nicest and most professional group of workers I have found in years. They take care of my car, treat me with respect, and I have never felt like I have been overcharged for anything. I tell everyone about Big O Tires. As long as I am in this area I will never take my car anywhere else.

Nice to have a BIG O in our area! Dad was a BIG O man when I was a kid. It was quick , they had the tire I WANTED, and most importantly the boys in the shop appeared to have done a nice job on not scarring up the rims, In, fact, going back to put a set on the Mustang ASAP. Save me one of those BIG O camo hats boys...lol.

I was very taken care if by Gary and hus staff! I had to wait a couple of hours and they offered lunch on them! Gary made sure i was comfortable and did not ignore me the whole time. He also was concerned about my day and if I needed to be somewhere that he would accommodate that! The whole staff was pleasant!

Very friendly, got us in quick and out in no time. When we requested a cup of coffee the machine was down so one worker walked across the street to McDonald's and bought us one. Was very pleased with the service! Thank You!

Gary at Big O Tires helped me so much with my car! My engine gave out while driving, and I had it towed to Big O. Gary was very prompt in getting back to me with a quote, and worked with me to come up with a great deal on financing! The credit card offered by the store is fantastic, as you have 12 months to pay off your balance with zero interest. I honestly could not have afforded all of the repair work that needed done on my car at any other place without this option. Gary was great to work with and my car was fixed within 24 hours! I highly recommend this place for any of your vehicle needs.

Chris Smith, the gentleman who helped me over the phone and as soon as I walked in the door for my appointment was nothing shy of kind & professional. The computer system had said they had the "Big O Legacy Tire" in my size in stock, when I got to my appointment it turned out that they did not have it in. Chris didn't skip a beat by assuring me he would make it right by giving me a set of Michelins for the same price! I'm more than happy with the customer service I received & would highly recommend these guys!

Had my oil changed here. The guys in there treated me very kindly dignifiedly. and I didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't need. They did tell me the issues that are coming up for my car. Which I appreciated. I will be back.
