By far the best service center that I have ever been to. The customer service is awesome and the service department performs outstanding workmanship in repairing your vehicle. I would recommend them over the dealerships any day.

Brake pad replacement. Quote from 2 week prior remained the same and reasonable pricing. No appointment scheduled and came during a busy time, but the replacement took less than 2.5 hours. Customer service again top notch.

I had 4 tires put on that I brought in to have them put on. No complaints took care of me right away. A little high on price but did very well of getting me in and out.

Everyone was friendly and very welcoming. Gave clear details on what was wrong with the vechical and gave clear instructions on how they were going to fix it.

This was my first visit to Big O Tires. I had a good experience with this store. I noticed everyone that walked in they were willing to accommodate. I have visited other businesses that require the customer to have an appointment. That can be difficult when people can't come during the week, like myself. The financing options also make Big O appealing. I will return to this store for service.
