This was my first visit to Big O Tires. I had a good experience with this store. I noticed everyone that walked in they were willing to accommodate. I have visited other businesses that require the customer to have an appointment. That can be difficult when people can't come during the week, like myself. The financing options also make Big O appealing. I will return to this store for service.

I am so thankful for Aaron and Donnie at the Georgetown, KY location. As a single mom, car troubles don't go over very well. These 2 guys took me under their wing, were honest and helped me get back on the road. This isn't the first time I've worked with them, but they are the reason I continue to come back.

Mr Benner was exceptional when it came to my wiper replacement. He told me my muffler bearings were going bad and I plan on coming back to have them serviced. Also I thank you for a well lit restroom, kudos!!!!

My car drives like it was brand new thanks to Donnie and the enhanced service team. This place is the only place I have gone that turned down service money when they told me that I did not need a brake job until about 30,000 more miles. It's hard to find a company like this.

I sent in a review a few days ago. I had some complaints about the service and job done. They received the complaint from corporate. The manager called today to understand my concerns. I took my vehicle back to them. They got everything straight and expressed real concern to keep my business. I will go back for more tires and service.
