Pleasant staff. Overall better than average experience. Guest waiting area could use a little attention. Was not offered alignment check, did not receive 22 point inspection showing what was checked and results of inpection.

A tire was ordered on Saturday to replace one that was ruined. We were told the tire would be in on Monday by noon. We were then informed that a computer went down and the tire was not delivered. It would now be Tuesday before the tire was delivered. This was my daughters car who lives in Ohio and needed to return to work. The manager was finally able to locate a tire and it was replaced by 3:30.
