Big O Tires

Wish I knew there was a lounge area. Tall chairs and a 4 year old are not a good idea.

I have used Big O for years - routine oil changes, tire rotations for our 5 family vehicles. They are very accommodating, often giving me a ride back to my office (only 2 miles away) while they service my vehicle. I receive coupons which really help in lowering the cost of maintenance on my vehicles. Very friendly staff, they make every effort to work me in for appointments and call me to thoroughly explain what is needed on the vehicle and why.

Once again Aaron Noe and his crew were outstanding, that's why I always take my business to Big O Tires. They haven't failed me yet.

Even though I had a lot of. things that were. needing to be done. to my truck for it to run good everything. was. taken care of to my sastifaction. It now. runs almost. like a new truck.

Workers are always friendly and helpful but they always seem to be understaffed and backlogged. An oil change has taken almost 2 hours on a couple occassions, a vehicle repair which suppose to be done on 1 day wasn't done until the following day. Again, great support and great service but always backlogged.

I am very happy with the service at the Georgetown store. However, I always use their drop off system because of the wait times.

Quick and helpful

Aaron did a great job of getting the wheels and tires I wanted and dealt with me over the phone. Only hiccup was that he got the wrong tires the first time but he made it right very quickly. I will be back. Thanks Big-O

Have taken both cars to Big O in the last 3 weeks for oil changes/tire rotations. Service both times was excellent, wait time was minimal, and the price was right!

Pleasant staff. Overall better than average experience. Guest waiting area could use a little attention. Was not offered alignment check, did not receive 22 point inspection showing what was checked and results of inpection.

Good experience Everytime

My car needed changes to its air conditioning system. Problems occurred with part shipment and my schedule: not the staff's fault. It took three visits to resolve this, but they did go the extra mile and get it fixed.

Good service, good price. Wrong sticker for the windshield.

The service was good, but I have to complain about the fact that they put this nasty tire shine on my tires, can't stand the look of it or the feel of it, more I just have to find a way to remove it.
