A little confusion on the tire ordered and the alignment was not done when we came to pick up the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle being returned to the shop. The manager did a great job of straightening out the problem and vehicle was returned in time for the customer to pick up.

In and out no problem. I asked for recommendations on oil type, didn't get a confident answer. But mechanic was able to offer advice. Helpful and quick.

I had some problems here a couple of weeks ago. I sent in a survey. After corporate contacted the manager. I went back and everything was taken care of. There was some miscommunication between us at the beginning. But everything was resolved.

The people there are very nice. I went in for a oil change, plug a tire, and to reset TPM. My tires were worse than I thought. They were dry rotted and cracking bad, so I bought 4 new tires and had the oil change done. Couldn't reset the TPM, battery in it was dead, and ended up having another TPM, go bad. Have to wait to get those fixed. While there, my sugar started to drop. There was no vending machines there, and one of the manager's ran to Speedway, and got me a candy bar and a coke. They wouldn't take my money for it, and bought the items for me!!!!! I was so thankful for them to do that for me!!! God bless them!!!! They really should have a vending machine there with candy and such in it, and a soda machine, and have them filled at all times.

On this visit I don't believe they rotated me tires! I feel 99% sure they did not and the tires REALLY needed to be rotated. I am very sad about it.

Tire rotation along with an oil change at your price is simply unbeatable.

The people there are very nice. The only drawbacks are, tires were not in the store, had to go to Lexington to get the tires, so that was much more added time, I had to wait. I was there approx 3 hrs. Also, I'm a diabetic, and while there, my sugar dropped. One of the managers ran to Speedway, and got me a candy bar and a Coke, and they wouldn't take my money for it, they purchased the items for me. I was very thankful to them for that, and God bless them. There was no vending machine there, that had candy in it, and no soda machine, that had sodas. If there had been, I could of just got it from the machines. In my opinion, there should be a candy machine there and a soda machine, and they should be fully stocked. Also, when customers come into that place of business, parts, tires, etc should be available for the mechanics on sight, instead of having to order from SS Tire, Auto Zone, etc. Never been to a place that didn't have items located there at store.

I needed a receipt for the tires that I bought, one of the guys who waited on me was training and didn't know how to print it out for me. The other man had went on lunch break when I was ready to leave. I'll stop by the store and get one soon. I'm not upset or complaining, I know how difficult it can be to learn a new job especially when technology is involved.

My vehicles are never taken back at my scheduled appointment time. Always 30 minutes or more later than appointment . For oil change and tire rotation I'm at least waiting 1hr and 30mins.

I came to get a tire replaced. I got a call less than 5 minutes before the appointment time (after confirming the appointment and tire online) and was told that tire was out of stock. If i had known earlier, I would have went somewhere else to begin with. I left paying nearly twice as much as I had expected (in part because of the added need for an alignment) and still having to add air to the tire two days because it was below 30 psi when I left (i waited to make sure it was not a sensor issue).

there was a mix up on getting my tires rotated while having other work performed. the mix up required me to make 3 different trips and several hours wait time to get corrected. i love this shop and the boys that work there and understand mistakes happen but feel like i should have been compensated in some small manner for the inconvenience i incurred.

Had a tune up on a Cadallic CTS with a tight timeframe to complete. Got it done in time but thought it was pretty "pricey"�. Cost $607.00
