I made my appointment on Sunday utilizing the online service & requested an oil change, brake Inspection and replacement of necessary equipment if anything found during inspection. I scheduled my appointment for 9am Monday and dropped my car off at 5am on my way into work. I followed up shortly after 10am and my vehicle had not even been looked at, I explained the reason for brake inspection was due to noise braking from passenger rear and that my ABS light was coming on intermittently & the service tech explaned that the shop was busy which was why I hadn't heard anything yet but I would receive a call with their findings. By 2:30 I had not heard back from the shop so again called to find out the status of my vehicle. I was informed that the oil pan gasket was leaking and would need replaced, that the front passenger hub bearings were bad and needed replaced & the rear brake pads needed replaced as well but the rest of the braking system looked good. Bad news was the hub bearings needed ordered but would be in mid-day Tuesday. I authorized the work and figured my car would be ready end of day Tuesday. Tuesday around noon I called on my lunch to check on the car and was informed that the work hadn't been started yet but should be done by end of the day. I called around 3 and was informed that during the brake pad installation it was noticed that the rear passenger caliper was worn and needed replaced as well and the car wouldn't be ready for pickup until Wednesday. I was upset that this was somehow missed during the initial inspection but it needed replaced and would only be charged for the labor for the caliper replacement. Wednesday comes and still no call from anyone on my car. I call again and am told that my vehicle again won't be ready until end of day most likely sometime Thursday. I explained again my frustration and feeling of my vehicle not being prioritized and worked on & how I was being inconvenienced with my vehicle not being repaired going on 4 days into its initial service request. Finally on Thursday around 10 I was called and informed my car was repaired and ready for pickup. I have purchased 2 complete sets of tires and have had the brakes replaced by Big O Tires as well as have had my vehicle serviced here in Georgetown the past 4 years since moving to Kentucky. This service was by far the worst I have received anywhere and doubt I will return let alone recommend this shop

there was a mix up on getting my tires rotated while having other work performed. the mix up required me to make 3 different trips and several hours wait time to get corrected. i love this shop and the boys that work there and understand mistakes happen but feel like i should have been compensated in some small manner for the inconvenience i incurred.

It was the first time I've been disappointed with Big O and the store in Georgetown KY. Thought I needed an alternator or starter, advised I have an extended warranty and had already contacted the company to confirm part would be covered. Gave Big O guys my coverage policy and the number to call so that they are paid. The coverage company had advised me that they would give Big O a one time credit card number to charge the repairs to. Big O staff said" yeah we don't really mess with that, you'll need to pay and they can reimburse you." Turns out I needed a car battery, which they said was 375.00! I googled and found the same battery for 199.97 just down the street. No offer to price match, no nothing, stated the 375.00 was the price they had to charge per distributor. Told me that I should go down the street and buy that one. WOW! So i did indeed go literally maybe 1/2 mi down the road, bought the battery and had it installed for free. Hugely disappointed in my experience, and not sure I'll go back if that is how female customers are treated.

After 1 son was told a faulty tire with road hazard coverage could either be replaced or repaired, it not being his car and him not having on hand cash for hazard on a new tire, he opted to repair. It didn't take. Another son brought the car back to be told the tire damage didn't qualify for replacement. All this after I had 2 fairly new tires tossed when I bought a full set on a different car. Nobody asked what was to be done with my tires, they just got tossed.

Office was very helpful in keeping me informed on changes in status of the service I was having done. Had discussed with them about picking my vehicle up after hours. the key was supposed to be locked up in my truck as we discussed. and when I Got there to pick up my vehicle. my windows were left down and doors unlocked. It had rained and my seats doors and interior were wet. There was a man in side locking up that brought out my spare key as I was backing up. Up intell me picking my turk up I was pleased with the service I received.

bought two tires for my Camry and also had tires alignment for all four tires two or three weeks later i went to get a oil changed at a near by Midas and to put a different wheel inside the spare tire which was taken off my car so the new tires from bigO could be put on during that process i was told that the spare that was put in the back of my car by the bigO mechanic was not my spare but was one of the tires with a large puncture in it, was not to happy to hear that

My vehicles are never taken back at my scheduled appointment time. Always 30 minutes or more later than appointment . For oil change and tire rotation I'm at least waiting 1hr and 30mins.

I said my car had a rattle underneath and thought it was a loose exhaust pipe. They took 3 days to order a part and when I got my car back the rattle was exactly the same. The issue they fixed was a flapping at high speed, which was never a complaint I had. It seems they mixed up my issue with someone else. They did not charge me labor on account to it taking three days, but I'm still out $200 on a part I didn't need. I will not be using this shop ever again.

I came to get a tire replaced. I got a call less than 5 minutes before the appointment time (after confirming the appointment and tire online) and was told that tire was out of stock. If i had known earlier, I would have went somewhere else to begin with. I left paying nearly twice as much as I had expected (in part because of the added need for an alignment) and still having to add air to the tire two days because it was below 30 psi when I left (i waited to make sure it was not a sensor issue).

After the issue following my previous visit, I questioned myself as to whether or not to return. Your shop is conveniently located, and I can leave my vehicle and come back when it is completed. On my last visit, I drove my vehicle home from your shop with the undercarriage protective cover dragging underneath. The mechanics had to come to my home to reattach it properly. I also noted that the free tire rotation that was included in the coupon had not occurred. The mechanics who came to my house drove my vehicle back to your shop, rotated the tires, and brought it back. So this time, I was unsure whether I should return. But I received an email from your shop, inviting me to get my oil changed and free tire rotation, by scheduling an appointment. So I took advantage of your invitation and brought my vehicle in at the scheduled appointment time of 1:00. I did not receive a call that my vehicle was ready until after 6:00. When I came to pick up my vehicle, it was still on the rack getting the tires rotated. It wasn't ready until 6:20. For a 1:00 appointment. The excuse given was that they get behind. I get that. But 5+ hours is too far behind. They had to have been taking vehicles without an appointment ahead of my vehicle. My oil change was comped, and I appreciate that, but the service is not what the manager should expect from the employees.

Tire service was good, quick. Had to have tires ordered, but they came in quickly. However, I was called and asked if I had been having any problems with my battery, which I had not. We had been experiencing some very cold weather, which I know can have an effect on a car's battery, but even the cold weather and driving very short distances and turning the car off had had no effect on my car starting. When I came to pick up my car, the battery was completely dead. The guy at the desk then told me they had needed to jump my car to even move it out of the spot it had been parked in that morning, which no one had mentioned to me any of the three times I was contacted by this shop that day. A technician came out and jumped the car, and I have not had any sort of problem with the battery since. I don't know if this was some sort of attempted scam, if someone accidentally left the battery on, or if there genuinely was an issue with my car. Just the way I was treated over it did not sit well with me.

Prompt service on changing out my tires... front end alignment. I can't believe your store in Georgetown does not have torches the jam nut,, to do the alignment.. is not handheld plumber's torch is not going to get a jam nut hot enough to break loose your store in Lexington change tires out on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler and they have the equipment to do the alignment very disappointed I couldn't get this done in Georgetown now I got to go to Tire Discounters......

Would have liked to have been told total price of everything instead of finding out after work was done. Was quoted the price of the tire but then got hit with labor,tire disposal,shop supplies and etc. Went from a $60 tire to $90.

Super happy with customer service and the actual oil change. BIG upset for me was I had HUGE GREASE stains on my carpet floor mat and driver door handle and arm rest. It took me an extra hour at home to try and scrub it all out. This is inexcusable tdy when you guys have paper mats. He was sitting on one but no where else did he think to place one.

I went in for 4 tires. I keep my tires rotated and balanced at all times. I get complete and even wear on my tires. The store manager, took in my vehicle for 4 tires and an oil change. The shop manager asks, what's he getting? Then he tries to push me into getting an alignment. I told him I'm good. Before I leave he says I'm sure your car Isaiah out out of alignment. I'm thinking how does he know that? I have never had this car I there for nothing but a lil change. I come back the next day to pick up. Shop manager says did they call you? Your car needs an alignment. I'm like no, and no thank you. I'm good. It was like they were trying to get me to spend as much as possible. I'll try tire discounters next time. Store never called back for a follow up appointment. Put the wrong lug nuts on my truck and when I went back the manager even told me he would not have put them on his truck when they put them on mine. Said they would replace them and still have yet to hear back from them 2.5 weeks later. So I went out and bought new lug nuts to replace the ones they put on and out more money that they said they would fix.

Was there for oil change and alignment, when I left, my vehicle was still pulling to the left. I called to relay my concern, was instructed to bring vehicle in next day. I could not because I had to go out of town. I will be back in Georgetown on Thursday and will be stopping back in. I hope my issue will be resolved this time.

Tv was too loud in the lobby. Poor customer service- person wasnt knowledgeable about tire order.

My appointment time was 12:00, by 1:00 they still hadn't pulled the car in, so we walked next door to get something to eat. They finally finished the car around 2:00. I was very disappointed because in the past they had been so prompt with appointment times.
