I've visited Big O Tires numerous times to have work done on our vehicles. Each time, I have been treated with respect and made to feel that my time is important. I'm given an honest appraisal of my vehicle's condition and the work done has always met my expectations. Donnie and Aaron are knowledgeable and helpful, as are the other employees, but those are the only names I remember.

I made an appt and when I took my car for an oil in on my lunch hour, they were super busy and I told them I could reschedule and they would not here of it. Had me in and out in 40 minutes. GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

As a woman, the honesty of the Big O staff is invaluable. Very comforting to know that they take time to explain everything, and not sell you on things your car doesn't need. I won't go anywhere else!!

I stopped in unannounced when it was busy. They told me if I came back in the morning they could take care of the tire repair for a slow leak . I showed up and they took care of it as noted right away.

I was a loyal customer of NTB before Big O took over. I have continued to take my business to Big O and they have been respectful and helpful each time I come back. This last visit I stopped in for an oil change and requested that they also rotate the tires (something I ask they do each time I get an oil change). This time they caught that 3 of my tires had cracks/splits on the inside of the tires around the rim. They brought 1 of the tires in to show it to me and it was obvious that it was not safe to drive on the tire. They helped me choose new tires to suit my van and the driving that I do. I am grateful for the staff for treating me as they would treat a member of their family. THANK YOU very much. During my visit I observed they quickly greeted each customer and treated each with respect.

I had made an appointment at Ken Towerys that day, I pull up into Big O Tires, just thinking Ken Towerys had changed there name cause I thought that's where it had always been. Well, after all Ken Towerys was 3 doors down and i just had so much going on that day... I went into Big O Tires and told them i had an appointment at 4:30(which was not in there system, because i had called Ken Towerys) he told me my name wasn't in the system, but he would get me taken care of right away. I needed two new front tires, and he recommended me the "Big O" brand tires similar to what i was really looking for and he even matched the price of the tires that i was wanting from KT! They pulled my car into the shop and not even 10-15 minutes later they were done and I was on the road! Their team is awesome at Big O Tires. The man that helped me inside told me his name was Matt, i think he was the store manager! He was so helpful, especially after my hard day and going to the wrong place! But i'm glad i came here, and i'll definitely be coming back!

Best customer service business I know of

The guys at Big O tires helped me tremendously during our trip to Indiana from Kentucky. My car had a blowout on I-75 at NB mile 135. I had to be towed to Big O and they waited for me since it was going to be after closing. I ordered four new tires and they kept the car while my wife and I left in our other car. They really helped us out.

My Big O Tires store is great. The customer service is fantastic. I'll never buy tires anywhere else.

Manager Donnie has a professional team of experts with excellent service that customer know third car is being given the upmost care with prices that are fair and the work done in a timely. Matter.

I had a flat on 3/26 on the way to work and Big O got me in immediately and took care of me within an hour. They also got me a great deal on a set of 4 tires. I was very, very happy. Excellent service.
