"I went in there to have a rattle in my exhaust it was driving me crazy and I didnt have far to go. they checked everything on the car front front to back and could not find anything that would make a noise ,the only thing they said was it might be the heat shield so the manager pulled it farther away from the exhaust pipe and hoped that fixed the noise. also I had the check gas cap light on so I replaced the cap and the light was still on the reset the code . after spending time trying to find my rattle and resetting the gas cap code the manager would not charge me for thier services WOW when dose this happen. Adam and Saxon? I think his name was, could not have treated us any better in our crisis situation. We needed a battery to get us back home to the Tri-Cities and they hooked us up and calmed our nerves. Very professional and kind. Would highly recommend their facility because they work there.
