Made an appointment and went in. Took 2.5 hours to change an exhaust gasket. Mechanics stood around with their thumbs up their ***. Watched them blow up some guys radiator. Do not go here.

Tom was great and explained what I needed. He was kind and understood my financial situation and helped me understand what steps to do first.

They were quick and professional. Fixed the light and at a price i didn't mind paying for the convenience of not having to do it myself.

Tom was forthright and clear as to what the issues were and went above and beyond to work through the available warranty. Further, Tom went so far to help us transport some pieces of luggage that didn’t fit in our rental to our hotel. We highly recommend Tom and his crew.

They validated my coupon for a $19.99 oil change, with taxes it came to be about $26, ok i guess. Service would have been top-notch if they had finished the work in 30-45min like I was told... it took 1 hour. ... however, aside from the time delay, the shop manager was very polite and provided courteous customer sevice. I keep going to that shop time and time again.

Tom is knowledgable, patient, and friendly is explaining the service to us. Great team. The shop building has aged, need a more comfortable waiting area especially when customers need to sit there for a few hours.

I'm not sure what they did at this location, but the alignment is still off, and I've never heard of a 15-minute alignment! Alignments take at least an hour to get done.

Dennis is Awesome, he's the whole reason why I went to this location ever since he left the Roy midas. I don't trust anyone else with my car.

I've been going to Midas for years. When my husband passed away. They were there to help me and to take care of me like I didn't expect. I recommend everybody to go there.
