As soon as I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The friendliest honest person answered the phone which come to later find out was the manager. Great costumer service skills. For me right in with no appointment. I was shocked and so appreciative.

Terrible service. Rude and disrespectful. Not even considerate enough to tell me that my headlight repair job is too small for them. I was told they were very busy....difficult to believe when there was one car on the rack and one in the parking lot. T

"Had a crack in my ""y"" pipe. I asked if they could weld it. They said no and I would have to buy a new pipe and have them install it. Charged me over $700 and then welded the cracks anyway. Rip off stay away"

Manager Michael and his crew were very plain in explaining my muffler issue and what was necessary to fix it.

hrs clearly state 8-5 mon-fri on the door. Appointment made in advance. We get there and shop has no lights on. Called straight to voicemail. Brakes are about shot and no one here for our Appointment to fix.

2016 subaru first brake pad change. They REPLACED the rotors . Needless to say a complete rip off !!

The system for ordering my brakes and rotors did not give the salesman enough information and O'Reilly auto had to make several trips extending my wait time. I would like to have had Willwood or Brembo brake pads as an offering someday by Midas.

"This place has no integrity. They treat people like they're idiots, and don't know anything about cars. They will find things wrong with your car, so if you went in for just one thing they will add a bunch of other unnecessary things, and charge outrageous"

Scheduling was last minute but very easy. They took care of my vehicle in a timely manner, charged a fair price, and the work has been stellar. I will be back!

Mike and his team were amazing. They helped us out after our car broke down on the side of the freeway. I love the long hours so we were able to get our car fixed before we would be stuck due to the new years weekend. Great communication and very kind and personable.
