The new owner and manager is top notch. They repaired an oil leak from last change where someone literally put the wrong bolt back in. There was a M12 1.25 bolt where there needed to be a 12 1.75! I'm blessed they adressed the problem perfectly saving me a $900-1100 for a mechanic to replace the entire oil pan. I Highly recommend The New Midas. I made my appointment the night before on line as they were closed. There system was simple to use without a glitch

A big shout-out to Mike and Gavin for resolving my F 350 Engine Light issue! My first choice to have the problem resolved was to go to the dealer that I bought the truck from; they said it would be 2 1/2 months before they could look at it----2 1/2 MONTHS! After I heard that, I called Midas in Bend, Or, that morning and Mike and Gavin said to bring the truck in that afternoon and they would run the diagnostics to determine what was going on. They found out what the cause was and stated calling around for parts. None were available locally so they reached out statewide and found some that could be delivered the next day. After the parts were delivered, work began the following day which turned out to be challenging; as it turns out, there were some bad parts that were delivered. Mike and Gavin stuck with the project until it was resolved. They kept me informed all during the process which was much appreciated! Bottom line, these guys are very professional and responsive---I highly recommend them as your go-to vehicle maintenance team.
