I went to get my oil changed and also had a check engine light on. Got the oil done and found out I need a Cadillac converter soon. The best news was knowing the converter could wait and that gives me time to save up and go back to Mike and Keith to have

"Came to have them check out a noise my car was making. They took it for a spin, lifted it up and 20 minutes later the problem was found. Loose lug nuts. Took it it a different shop the week before, they had my jacked up for about 2 hours and couldn't find "

I was able to schedule an appointment 48 hours in advance by calling and got the exact day and time I wanted. When dropping off the vehicle, the manager Keith (I think that was his name) was very detailed in how the inspection of my brakes would be. When the estimate was sent over it was very detailed with pictures and pricing. Calling back to confirm what I wanted done was easy and quick. The whole job including new front and back brakes, oil change, alignment, filter changes etc was done in 4 hours! Check out process was quick as well!

I am always satisfied with the service. Everyone is very kind and informative. Never a long waiting period to get service. Can't think of any complaint of any kind. Always recommend to my friends and co-workers.

The staff were very friendly and communicates throughly. They explained and showed why I needed the work done. The price drove it home because it was very reasonable and affordable.
