Fixed what others messed job up on!!Fixed what others would not do due needed torch work!!

I was originally VERY angry when I arrived at this location. I scheduled my appointment several days before the service day, and had spoken to Robert. He DID NOT put my appointment on the schedule ! I had driven about one hour from Casa Grande. Thank-fully Luis was able to get me in almost immediately and have my service performed ! Robert should be at the very least, reprimanded, and maybe more ! Thank goodness for Luis, as I might never have come back there again !

The Midas employee Luis, was very informative and easy to work with, honest with the inspection done and work needed.

They were able to quickly diagnose my check engine light issue and address why my truck was idling rough. They took pictures of some other issues I need to address in the near future

Mike and his crew correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty idle pulley when other people were saying the high pitched whine was from the transmission. New pulley and serpentine belt were all that was needed.

Great value for service. Luis was very efficient, professional and friendly during the process. You knew exactly what was going on and when your vehicle was being serviced. The location was very very busy so there were some minor details left out but a great experience with minimal hassle.
