Great customer service and very professional. I needed a new oil plug and they called and had one delivered for me within 20 minutes!

The staff is clearly highly knowledgeable of my issues (an old school gm needing maintenance), and was willing to be reasonable when I saw the bill showed a 300 percent markup on a part for who I know from past experience the supplier is quality but there is no way getting the part would be so costly for simple in town delivery (I had already checked online and it was in stock). The manager adjusted the price reasonably, and had me on schedule for repair no fuss for two days later, a easily 4-6 hour job. I was only disappointed the part is a 90 day warranty not 6 months or a year as I know a year to two is standard for the supplier, but given what is being repaired I understand a customer or few may have complained when it was actually a different part that needed serviced. Because I had a secondary issue that my main shop also refused to service, as some shops wish to specialize as what they find as easy work, I was pleased the pricing on the secondary maintenance being performed as I did not trust a third shop I used in the past to service it due to past experience. All together, so far so good. Waiting to see the job completed- will survey also at the completion.

The personal was very helpful and recommended things I need without making us feel uncomfortable with none issues with my vehicle. Honest factor is key with me. Just because people are there doesn’t mean they all can’t do it sometimes it is a time factor or access to the are that need working on where a lift is needed. So we appreciate honest workers.

I knew it was hard to get parts from my car but happy they were able to get them hard workers that everybody will work on my car

They found the problem that i have had checked twice in the past. They were able to locate the problem and give me a quick fix, and ordered the parts i needed for the permanent fix. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out with no issues. Conveniently located and easy to schedule online.
