I brought in my own pads and rotors. It was quick and easy. My only complaint is I did the online quote and it says they?ll get back to you within two hours. I never got a response so I had to call.

A tire was going low on an Enterprise rental car and we were told to go to Midas, Big O or Firestone to have service- Midas was closest. We were there for 2 1/2 hours only because the manager was on hold or being transferred and put on hold by Enterprise to get authorization to perform the needed work. Was finally told by Enterprise they would not authorize the repair. I called the Enterprise office we rented from who had instructed us to go to Midas and told them they could either pay for the tire we needed upon our vehicles' return, or I would have it removed. We'll see how that goes tomorrow when I return the vehicle. All the people in the Midas shop were incredibly patient and polite while being given the run around by Enterprise and performed the needed service quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.
