The Midas in Arlington Heights on Rand Rd is awesome. Their service, professionalism, and integrity is excellent. They are very low pressure with a focus on keeping my car safe and on the road without adding on lots of service and parts that are not necessary at the time of the inspection. The team over their is really good, I have worked with Dean for 3 years now and any job I have had done has been perfect. He has even given advice on weather or not we should have something repaired because of the age of the car. It is nice to feel that someone has your interest in mind.

Ashley and Mark are awesome service writers/managers. They listen to your priorities when it comes to your vehicle and address them in the best manner possible. They are not pushy at all. They provide excellent customer service.
