We called asking for info regarding catalytic converter protection for 2 vehicles. The staff tracked down a universal type that would fit both cars and we had them installed. The staff has always gone the extra mile in meeting our needs and answering our questions and concerns. Great staff, friendly and very professional. I had new tires put on my car by Costco and the technician didn?t tighten one of my lug nuts the wheel was shaking and making a loud noise. I took my car into Midas I was in a hurry they took me in pretty quickly and explained everything that was not done
