Called to make my appointment and was able to bring my car in 10 minutes later. Service was completed in about 3 hours. Car is running much better now

Edgar the manager had excellent customer service. Explaining what had to be done and why. Went out of his way to provide a ride home for me when it turned out the job was a lot bigger and would require a few days for the repair. I really appreciated that. Also understood and worked with me about not being able to pick up the car immediately because my work schedule didn’t allow it. Will definitely be back for more service on an old 2000 car. Nice to feel like I was not getting ripped off.

I wanted to make sure I was prepared for the coming winter, so I brought my car to Midas for a coolant/radiator flush and refill. When I got home, I inspected the work, and I could see that the technicians took pride in the service they performed. They even meticulously cleaned the coolant cap and reservoir.

Jerry was great at communicating throughout the process. The car rides like new again after the tire replacement, new Rods and struts and the video he sent me showing me the.leaky radiator via text. I appreciated him showing me a video of what they were seeing when they got under the car during repairs. He was also great about communicating delays to the original turnaround time due to some of rust they had to deal with to the parts they were replacing.

I came in with a tire that had a sidewall tear. I just needed one tire. They were fine with that but they pointed out what I knew already that I needed new tires. After a brief family discussion we decided to do all four tires. Not only was your team ok with it they added a technician to my car to get us out and back on our anniversary schedule of events. We were in and out in under an hour. I will be going back to this location for my brakes replacement in the next month
