Very happy with the service. I had a oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff was great to work with.

I've tried twice the last couple weeks. I get a confirmation that I'll be contacted within 30 minutes. Then never here from them. I'm done.

This is the second time oil was spilled and I had to smell it why it burned off and smoked.

I had brake work done. Shortly after I left, a bolt came out of the mechanism because it had not been thoroughly tightened. This necessitated a second visit to have the bolt replaced, costing me about an hour of my work day.

For some reason, Midas was unable to complete this service (replacement of front wheel bearings). The first issue was removal of the old bearings, original equipment on a car with 218,000 miles. They decided instead to replace the full knuckle assembly, but after leaving the car two more times, they got the wrong part twice, and still cannot locate the right part. So after three inconvenient trips, the car is still in the same state as when we started.

4 hours with 3.5 waiting on parts. techs smoking openly in the shop bays. got parts at almost cost. why was labor so much for sitting on a lift for 3 hours?
