I had never been to this location before. I was headed out of town and wanted my fluids checked. The manager was so friendly and took me immediately. I also needed a back light changed and they changed immediately for me. I will recommend this loca

The customer service is excellent. They are upfront with pricing and gave me options for what needed to be done and what can be done at the next visit. Very fair and reasonable. No upselling or hidden fees. The work was done quickly and the warning lights were no longer an issue.

Dave was very helpful, drive car around block, immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it.

My only complaint would be that it took an hour for an oil change. Otherwise good friendly service.

We have been going to this Midas in Glendale Heights for years. We always receive HONEST and GREAT service from Tom or Dave. They are very honest with us as to what needs to be done immediately and what can wait, since the repairs could be more than we could afford at the time. We will continue to going here and have recommended several people to them. Everyone we recommended has told us what excellent service they received and how friendly everyone there is. DON'T LOOSE THIS CREW!!
