The employees at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly, especially Tom, who is a Manager, I believe. They always communicate all that you need to know,answer questions pleasantly, and advise you as to how long service might take. They stay in touch via phone to let you know what's going on. I always feel like I'm dealing with knowledgeable and trustworthy people at the Glendale Heights Midas.

They Didn't Oil Either The Inner Or Outer Ball Joints & They Failed & I Had 2 Buy a Whole New System & Couldn't Get Refunded Threw Them Or The Inner & Outer Ball Joint Company, They Told Me Installation Error, So Being Disabled I Totally Lost Out, About $1,000 & I Now Have 2 Beg From AnyOne to Try & Borrow $ From AnyOne, If you Take it 2 Midas, Look @ What They've Done After, Just To Make Sure Everything is In Good Shape / Condition
